This Privacy Policy explains how Nuriva ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit this site, join our waitlist, or reserve a Founding Membership.

1. Information we collect

If you join our waitlist, we collect only the email address you provide. If you reserve a Founding Membership, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your email, payment details, and billing information to process your $99 deposit — we never see or store your full card number ourselves.

2. How we use your information

We use your email address to:

— Send confirmation of your waitlist signup or Founding Member reservation
— Notify you when the founding window is closing, about shipping timelines, and about your $200 ship-time charge
— Send occasional development updates about Nuriva

We do not sell or rent your email address, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

3. Third-party services

We use the following service providers to operate the waitlist and presale:

— Supabase, to store your email address and reservation details securely
— Stripe, to process Founding Member deposits and payments
— Resend, to deliver confirmation and update emails

4. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

— Access the personal data we hold about you
— Request correction or deletion of your data
— Withdraw consent or unsubscribe at any time
— Object to processing or request data portability
— Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (EU/EEA residents)

5. Data retention

We retain your email address for as long as you remain on the waitlist, or until you request deletion.

6. Unsubscribing
