These Terms of Service govern your use of the Nuriva website, waitlist, and Founding Member presale.

1. About the waitlist

Joining the Nuriva waitlist is free and does not obligate you to purchase anything. It does not reserve a specific unit, guarantee availability, or lock in a final price. Waitlist members are notified when founding membership becomes available and when it's about to close.

2. About the Founding Member presale

Reserving a Founding Membership requires a $99 deposit, charged at the time of reservation. This deposit is fully refundable, no questions asked, any time before your device ships — see our Refund Policy for details. It reserves a numbered spot (#1–#300) out of a single batch of 300 founding memberships, ever, and locks in a total founding price of $299. The founding window closes when all 300 spots are claimed or on the published close date, whichever comes first. The remaining $200 is charged only when your device ships, targeted for July 2027, first production batch. Shipping timelines are estimates and may change; we'll notify founding members of any material changes.

3. No medical advice

Nuriva is a general wellness product. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and nothing on this site constitutes medical advice. Nuriva does not replace GLP-1 medication or any prescription treatment. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, have epilepsy, a heart condition or pacemaker, or an implanted electronic or metallic device.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, and the Nuriva name and logo — is the property of Nuriva and may not be used without permission.

5. Limitation of liability

This site, waitlist, and presale are provided "as is." We do not guarantee a specific shipping date, price, or product specification, and pre-launch information is subject to change as development continues. Your $99 deposit remains fully refundable throughout.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as Nuriva develops. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, where Nuriva is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
